She’s also a content creator with over 100K Instagram followers and a podcaster exclusively on YouTube. Passionate about community and leadership in the aesthetics industry, Victoria started Optimized Aesthetics to mentor fellow estheticians on how to become premium providers, build successful high-end businesses, and become the best providers they can be.

Jared Rohrer is the CEO of Aesthetic Conversion, a marketing agency dedicated to the aesthetic medicine industry. A recognized thought leader for Galderma, Revision Skincare, and L’Oréal, he regularly speaks at leading industry conferences as a public speaker and consultant. Outside of work, Jared brings his creativity to the stage as a dueling piano player and singer at Disney, blending business expertise with a passion for performance and connection.

Maddie Holmes, also known as Acne Maddie has been a licensed esthetician since 2016 and is the founder of Mixi Skincare. Driven by her passion for helping acne prone clients achieve healthy glowing skin, she has dedicated her focus to all things acne, including treatment protocols, home care, and education. Maddie works with acne clients worldwide through her virtual acne program and loves working with in person clients at her acne clinic in Plano, TX.

Miracle, known online as @miracletheesti on Instagram and TikTok, brings over 10 years of experience in esthetics and has spent the last 5 years building a thriving business of her own. A Hydrafacial master and skilled brow artist, Miracle is also deeply passionate about mentoring fellow estheticians. She’s dedicated to helping others build confidence, elevate their skills, and grow their businesses to six figures and beyond.

Rachel is a nationally recognized Acne Specialist and Manifestation Coach behind a thriving multi–six-figure solo esthetics practice. Blending proven skin science with an abundance mindset, she helps beauty professionals scale their businesses without sacrificing purpose or peace. From clearing complex acne to mentoring estheticians, Rachel’s mission is to help others dream bigger, act bolder, and build a career that feels as good as it looks.

Cecia Ferrin is the owner of CCSKIN in Gilbert, AZ. A licensed aesthetician for over two decades and a Face Reality Ambassador since 2021, she specializes in acne and leads a team at one of Arizona’s top acne clinics. Cecia also co-hosts The Porefessionals Podcast, sharing expert skincare tips and treatment room advice.

From college student to agency owner, Brianna discovered her passion for creative marketing over a venti brown sugar shaken espresso. While working at a salon and studying at Montclair State University, she realized teaching wasn’t her path and instead dove into social media — and never looked back. Over the past three years, she’s partnered with over 30 brands, helping them reignite their passion and grow through strategic, standout content. Now, as she nears completion of her degree in Business Administration and Marketing, she continues to help bold, forward-thinking brands fall back in love with their message — even without a big budget.

Madeline Stanley is a licensed esthetician with over seven years of experience, specializing in corrective facial treatments. Having personally battled cystic acne, Madeline brings empathy and expertise to her work, combining proven techniques with a deep understanding of her clients’ skin struggles ranging from acne to anti-aging and every concern in between! Her greatest passion is helping others regain their confidence through healthy, radiant skin.
